Accelerated Resolution Therapy®

Quick, powerful healing to help you calm the weight of trauma, build confidence and restore your peace.

Have you been in therapy for what feels like forever, but still feel stuck?

How Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) can benefit you

  • Quick Change is possible: One of the most powerful parts of ART is how quickly it can bring relief. Many people notice big shifts—even after the very first session—which makes it a great option if you’re ready to feel better, sooner.

  • It can help you feel more empowered: ART helps you take back control of your emotions and feel more grounded in yourself. By reprocessing difficult memories and replacing them with positive images, many clients experience a renewed sense of confidence and empowerment.

  • It's a gentle approach: With ART, you don’t have to share every detail of your trauma in order to heal from it. This makes it a safe and comfortable choice, especially if talking about what happened feels overwhelming or too painful.

  • It works well with others: You love your current therapist, and you're looking for added support on your journey to feeling better. ART can work in conjunction with other therapies and compliment the work you are already doing.

Who can benefit from Accelerated Resolution therapy?

ART is extremely versatile and can help client's in many ways. It has proven to quickly and effectively treat a wide range of conditions, including:

  • Sexual trauma

  • Grief

  • Sleep problems

  • Motivation
